Coming Soon!It has been awhile yet again but I promise I am still here and doing all
I can to help when and where I can. I apologize to everyone that has submitted queries and not seen them on the website -
somewhere along the way I missed a whole bunch of emails!
Thank you everyone who has been so supportive despite
my slow efforts!
On a different note - I believe I've updated and submitted all queries to the website now.
Please feel free to check out the Queries page and submit a new query. Queries will now be published immediately to the website.
Coming in the next little while I will be posting my grandfather's Post Card Collection of the Nipissing area
that my father Derrick so generously donated to me for that reason and of course because I wanted it them! 
I will also be going through the numerous Newspapers that my grandfather had in his things pulling the Births,
Marriages and Deaths from them and posting them as well. In his collection he also had 2 other North Bay newspapers
from August of 1923 - I will be doing my best to scan those and get them up as well as they are so fascinating.
I
have also acquired more Nipissing District Books from my father and grandfather's things - one of which is the "1959
Voter's List of East Ferris".
I will also be scanning some of my families photos from around North Bay
area as they have people in them that my grandfather hung out with or new and also they are simply of historical interest.
That is just a few of things I will be working hard to get up on the website for everyone so please bear with me and
know I am still here and doing what I can to help guide fellow researchers. It takes me awhile sometimes to reply so I do
ask for patience as I am the only one running this show and a million other things going on with it :)

Thanks to everyone for being so supportive of my efforts to keep Nipissing
GenWeb up and running smoothly.
With this past year bringing so much outside work and travels it has been hard
for me to keep up with all that I WANT to do on the website but although I haven't had as much time as I'd like to
I have not forgotten about it nor have have I stopped looking for new resources. Updates are little more sparse due to the
fact I've gone back to work but I will post new information and requests as I can and just hope everyone will be patient
with me as I do so.
I acquired a book I believe may help direct people to
more discoveries: INDEX TO COBALT DAILY NUGGET: 1909-1914. There is a surname list for the book here. If you would like me to do a lookup in this periodical for you please email me. I'm very busy right now
but I will certainly do my best to get back to you quickly. The periodical has Births, Marriages and Deaths from around Nipissing
District so it is a wealth of information for sure.
I'm here to
help where and when I can so if you have any questions please feel free to email me anytime. I may be able to help with some brickwall questions as I have some contacts willing to help out through
me. If you would need a little help I can search Births, Marriages and Deaths through ancestry but it will need to be a limited
search, specific names only. So have a look through the site and good luck in your research!
